Rates will not be applicable for certain Black Out Dates. 10% Luxury Tax applicable.

Cancellation/Payment Policy
Please read the terms and conditions of our cancellation policy carefully prior to making your reservation.
1. Cancellation/postponement of reservation should be made a minimum if 72 hours prior to stated date and time of arrival.
2. Unless specified, cancellations later than 72 hours prior to stated date and time of arrival will be charged 50% of one night’s room rent.
3. No shows will be charge one night’s room rent.
4. All payments to be settled prior to check-out.
5. Credit card details will be used only to recover unpaid/pending dues and in cases of cancellations and no shows.
6. All timings mentioned are Indian Standard Time (IST).
7. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
